We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) with 0-1 years of experience. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with an M.Des degree looking to kickstart their career in the dynamic healthcare and life sciences sector. The CLO will support the senior legal counsel in various legal and compliance matters, focusing on understanding and interpreting complex regulations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
- Support compliance initiatives and help ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide legal support.
- Help in managing intellectual property filings and protecting company assets.
- Gain foundational knowledge in corporate governance and regulatory affairs within the life sciences sector.
