We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant with an M.Tech degree to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to contribute to critical research and development activities within the pharmaceutical industry. The Clinical Assistant will support clinical trial operations, data management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials under the guidance of senior staff.
- Manage and organize clinical trial documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collect, enter, and verify clinical data according to established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support the preparation of study-related documents, including investigator brochures, case report forms (CRFs), and study protocols.
- Liaise with investigators, site staff, and other study personnel to ensure smooth trial progress.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and reports.
- Maintain an understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Perform other assigned duties as required to support clinical operations.
