We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive / Officer with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a strong understanding of collection processes and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Contact clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to discuss overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and client queries related to payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client communications.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status, aging of receivables, and potential bad debts to management.
• Collaborate with sales and accounts receivable teams to ensure smooth payment processes and client satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection practices.
