Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection / Recovery Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. This role is ideal for an M.Tech graduate looking to build a career in financial recovery and debt management within the dynamic Indian telecom sector. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to recover outstanding debts, minimizing financial losses, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing collection strategies for overdue accounts.
Contact customers to discuss outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
Monitor account aging and identify potential risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and billing discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements in all collection efforts.
Prepare reports on collection performance and provide insights to management.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collection process.
