Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will support the C&B function, contributing to the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a solid understanding of HR principles, particularly in C&B.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perquisites.
- Support the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to ensure our compensation packages are competitive.
- Help in the preparation of C&B reports and presentations for management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date C&B data in HR systems.
- Contribute to the development and communication of C&B policies and procedures.
- Provide support for employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
- Participate in special projects related to C&B initiatives, such as new program design or system enhancements.
