Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an M.Tech degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team as a Crime / Arbitration - Other specialist. This role will involve supporting legal and compliance functions, particularly focusing on dispute resolution, regulatory adherence, and risk mitigation within the leather industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical aptitude and a keen understanding of legal frameworks relevant to business operations in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of criminal and civil disputes related to company operations, supply chain, and product compliance.
- Support the arbitration process by gathering evidence, preparing case documentation, and liaising with legal counsel.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant Indian laws and regulations impacting the leather industry, including intellectual property, consumer protection, and trade laws.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on emerging legal trends and potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales) to address legal and compliance concerns.
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and policies under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of legal proceedings and compliance activities.
- Identify and assess potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
