We are seeking a talented CRM Architect with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a CRM Architect, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust CRM solutions for our clients in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry. You will work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient CRM strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable and secure CRM architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Configure and customize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to meet specific client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, QA) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices in the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain.
