Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive CSR strategies aligned with BYJU'S mission and India's development goals.
- Identify and establish partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders for impactful project implementation.
- Manage CSR projects from ideation to completion, including budget allocation, resource management, and performance tracking.
- Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for new CSR initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programs, preparing detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR regulations and reporting requirements in India.
- Organize and coordinate CSR events, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of CSR communication materials and stories that highlight our social impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Operations) to integrate CSR best practices across the organization.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in CSR and sustainability.
