We are seeking a diligent and organized Dock Master with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The Dock Master will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of dock operations, ensuring efficient and safe handling of incoming and outgoing shipments of agrochemical products. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and safety protocols within a manufacturing and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the loading and unloading of trucks and containers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.

Maintain accurate inventory records of all goods entering and leaving the dock area.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and relevant industry standards for handling hazardous materials.

Operate and maintain dock equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

Liaise with logistics, production, and sales departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any operational issues.

Conduct regular inspections of the dock area and equipment to identify and address potential hazards.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments, inventory, and operational activities.
