Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Employee Health & Safety Trainer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating health and safety training programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees within our electronics manufacturing facility. This role is crucial in fostering a strong safety culture and minimizing workplace hazards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on various health and safety topics, including but not limited to, fire safety, emergency procedures, chemical handling, machinery safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the manufacturing floor and other work areas to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all training sessions, attendance, and safety compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest health and safety legislation, best practices, and industry standards relevant to the electronics manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with the HR and Operations departments to promote a safety-first culture throughout the organization.
- Organize and conduct mock drills for emergency preparedness.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety matters.
