We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Relations Management professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment within our law enforcement and security services operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Des background to bring a unique perspective to conflict resolution, policy implementation, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with our company values and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes fairly and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality.
Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company guidelines.
Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge morale and identify areas for improvement.
Advise management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and performance management.
Design and deliver training programs on employee conduct, ethics, and grievance handling.
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Utilize design thinking principles to create engaging employee communication strategies and initiatives.
Manage and maintain employee records related to grievances, investigations, and resolutions.
