This role will involve contributing to product innovation, process improvement, and ensuring the aesthetic and functional quality of our leather products. You will work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to bring new concepts to life and optimize existing production methods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to translate conceptual ideas into tangible product specifications.
- Research and implement innovative materials, techniques, and manufacturing processes for leather goods.
- Develop and refine product prototypes, ensuring they meet design intent, quality standards, and user experience requirements.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights for product improvement and new product development.
- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for efficiency and quality enhancement.
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and documentation for manufacturing.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure materials and components meet specifications.
- Assist in quality control checks and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in leather craftsmanship, design, and technology.
