We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Services Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the engineering services department, ensuring efficient maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment and facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of technicians and support staff in the execution of maintenance and repair tasks.

Coordinate the scheduling and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant machinery and equipment.

Ensure timely completion of work orders and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machinery and infrastructure.

Monitor inventory of spare parts and consumables, and initiate procurement as needed.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during all operational activities.

Support the Engineering Manager in planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
