Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by engineering teams, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades, patches, and deployments.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support.
