Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background and sales acumen to drive business growth within the enterprise segment of the gems and jewellery industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve enterprise sales targets and expand the customer base.
* Identify and prospect potential enterprise clients within the Indian market, focusing on businesses that align with our brand and product offerings.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
* Understand client needs and tailor product solutions to meet their specific requirements, leveraging your understanding of product efficacy and market dynamics.
* Conduct effective product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with market trends and customer feedback.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
* Stay updated on industry best practices, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
