Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Environment Health and Safety (EHS) professional with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Pharma background to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of EHS policies and procedures across our real estate projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Support the development and delivery of EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of EHS incidents, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Contribute to the preparation of EHS reports and presentations for management.
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management and pollution control.
- Participate in risk assessments and assist in the implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest EHS legislation and best practices in the real estate industry.
- Support the emergency preparedness and response planning for project sites.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate EHS considerations into all phases of construction and operations.
