This role is crucial for conceptualizing, planning, and executing impactful marketing events that enhance our brand presence and generate leads within the recruitment and staffing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of event management principles, marketing strategies, and legal compliance, with a background in law (LLB) being a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Create compelling event concepts and themes that resonate with our target audience in the recruitment sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless event delivery and maximum impact.
- Measure and report on the success of events, analyzing ROI and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure all event activities comply with relevant legal regulations and company policies, leveraging your LLB background.
- Build and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event marketing and recruitment.
