Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute menus, ensuring high quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.

Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Oversee inventory management, procurement of ingredients, and cost control to maintain budget adherence.

Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
