Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Producer with 1-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will support the production lifecycle of software products, ensuring legal compliance and project timelines are met. This role requires a unique blend of project management skills and a foundational understanding of legal frameworks within the software industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of software product projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing) to define project requirements and milestones.
- Review and understand project documentation from a legal and compliance perspective, identifying potential risks.
- Support the negotiation and management of vendor contracts and third-party agreements.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant Indian legal regulations and company policies.
- Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively propose solutions.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
