We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Field Service Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our advanced electronic components and semiconductor solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic systems and a proactive approach to customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic components and systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for semiconductor-related equipment.
Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving problems.
Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Document all service activities, including site visits, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to provide customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards during all on-site operations.
