We are looking for a motivated and creative Film Producer with 0-2 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our marketing team in Kochi. This role will be instrumental in conceptualizing, producing, and managing video content that aligns with Federal Bank's brand and marketing objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to bring engaging visual stories to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the pre-production process, including script breakdown, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with directors, crew members, and talent to ensure smooth production flow.
• Manage post-production activities, including editing, sound design, and visual effects.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Contribute creative ideas for video concepts and storytelling.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, reporting progress to senior management.
• Handle administrative tasks related to film production, such as obtaining permits and managing contracts.
