We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant with 1-2 years of experience to join our finance team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to build a strong foundation in accounting within the dynamic facility management services sector. You will be responsible for supporting various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
Support in tax compliance activities (GST, TDS).
Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
