We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fitness Trainer / Gym Instructor to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong understanding of fitness principles and a Commerce background to contribute to our employee wellness program. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and possess a M.Com degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments for employees and develop personalized exercise plans.
Guide and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Motivate and encourage employees to achieve their fitness goals.
Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
Assist in organizing wellness events and fitness challenges.
Leverage analytical skills from M.Com to track participation and impact of wellness programs (where applicable).
Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and certifications.
