- Review and interpret aviation regulations, airport policies, and international flight laws to ensure compliance.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with airlines, airport authorities, and third-party service providers, ensuring favorable terms and legal compliance.

- Liaise with legal departments, regulatory bodies, and external counsel on matters pertaining to flight operations and aviation law.

- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for flight operations, identifying potential legal and operational challenges.

- Ensure all necessary documentation, permits, and licenses for international and domestic travel are in order and legally compliant.
