We are seeking an experienced Forex Dealer with a Master's degree to join our finance team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing foreign exchange exposures, executing trades, and contributing to the company's treasury operations within the metals and mining sector. This role is crucial in optimizing foreign currency transactions and mitigating financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the company's foreign currency exposures, identifying and hedging currency risks.
• Execute foreign exchange transactions (spot, forward, options) in accordance with treasury policies and market conditions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for competitive forex rates and services.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights and recommendations on currency movements to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls related to forex operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on forex positions, transactions, and market analysis.
• Assist in developing and implementing treasury strategies to optimize foreign exchange management.
