Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hardware Engineering Manager, with 0-1 years of experience. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who is eager to learn and contribute to the operational efficiency of our hardware infrastructure within the beverage industry. You will support the management of hardware assets, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware equipment across various company locations.
Monitor hardware performance and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate inventory records of all hardware assets.
Support the IT and Operations teams in troubleshooting hardware-related problems.
Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards for hardware management.
Learn and apply best practices in hardware lifecycle management.
