We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head - Analytics / BI to join our team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in business analytics and a passion for the media industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree, eager to contribute to data-driven decision-making within a broadcasting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns in audience behavior and content performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
- Assist in the creation of business intelligence solutions to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Interpret data and provide actionable insights to inform content programming, marketing strategies, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
