Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients, understanding their travel requirements and preferences.

Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling services.

Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex problems to the relevant internal teams.

Maintain client records and update information in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients.

Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends.
