Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for various positions within the organization.

Design and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment, including contracts, payroll, and statutory filings, leveraging your LLB background.
