Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tissue samples for microscopic examination, ensuring proper fixation, processing, embedding, sectioning, and staining.
Perform routine and specialized histological techniques, including immunohistochemistry and special stains.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and troubleshooting as needed.
Assist in research projects by preparing samples and documenting experimental procedures.
Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and inventory.
Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards.
Collaborate with research scientists and other team members to achieve project goals.
