The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude, complemented by an MBA/PGDM degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and well-presented.

Coordinate visitor access, including registration and issuing of visitor passes.

Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.

Assist with managing meeting room bookings and ensuring they are prepared for meetings.

Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.

Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, providing information or directing them to the relevant departments.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth visitor experience.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
