We are seeking a motivated and analytical HR Analyst to join our team in Delhi. This entry-level position is perfect for a recent B.Sc graduate eager to apply their quantitative skills to human resources. You will support the HR department in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, contributing to effective HR strategies. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data related to recruitment, employee performance, compensation, and retention.
Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
Support the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS).
Help in identifying areas for HR process improvement and contribute to solution development.
Conduct basic research on HR best practices and relevant labor laws.
Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
