We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Policy & Compliance professional to join our team at Apollo Hospitals, Surat. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent M.Com graduate eager to build a career in human resources within the dynamic healthcare sector. You will support the HR department in ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant labor laws, contributing to a fair and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations (e.g., Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESI Act, PF Act).
Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Help in conducting internal audits to ensure policy adherence.
Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes from a compliance perspective.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and their impact on HR policies.
