We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Implementation Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for overseeing the successful execution and deployment of new packaging solutions and processes, ensuring they align with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal acumen to navigate compliance and contractual aspects of implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the end-to-end implementation of new packaging projects and process improvements.
Ensure all implemented solutions comply with relevant Indian laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly those related to packaging and product safety.
Review and analyze project requirements, scope, and deliverables, identifying potential legal risks or compliance issues.
Liaise with legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to resolve any compliance-related challenges.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including implementation plans, progress reports, and legal advisories.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Quality Control) to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and identify areas for future improvement.
