We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Insurance Sales / BD Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for expanding our reach and developing strategic partnerships within the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical background (B.Tech/B.E.) and sales acumen to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive business growth for our insurance products tailored for the agricultural community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase insurance penetration within the agriculture, forestry, and fishing sectors in and around Jaipur.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships with farmers, cooperatives, agri-businesses, and related entities.

Understand the unique insurance needs of the agricultural industry and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.

Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and product development.

Provide feedback to product development teams based on market insights and client needs.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
