Hiring for IT Support - Other (3-4 Yrs) at Vijayawada

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support professional with 3-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Vijayawada. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential IT support services to ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. You will be a key point of contact for internal users, resolving technical issues and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems, including connectivity issues, application errors, and system malfunctions.

Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and deletion of accounts in Active Directory.

Document IT support requests, resolutions, and procedures in a clear and concise manner.

Perform basic network troubleshooting and support.

Support the IT team in managing IT assets and inventory.

Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel when necessary.

Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security guidelines.
