The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT equipment for new hires and office moves.
- Document IT issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on more complex technical problems.
