Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Vendor Management professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our IT vendors, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to support our operations in the water treatment and waste management sector. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring of IT vendors.
Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Track and report on vendor performance against agreed-upon SLAs.
Facilitate communication between internal IT teams and external vendors.
Support in the negotiation of pricing and contract renewals.
Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, contracts, and performance data.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements with vendors.
Assist in resolving vendor-related issues and disputes.
