We are seeking a motivated and organized Kit Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Ludhiana. The Kit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, procurement, and distribution of all kits and related materials, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product kits, from procurement to assembly and dispatch.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure optimal stock levels.

Collaborate with procurement teams to source components and materials for kits at competitive prices.

Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely kit assembly and delivery.

Analyze kit performance data and identify areas for improvement in terms of cost, quality, and efficiency.

Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and obsolescence.

Prepare regular reports on inventory status, procurement activities, and kit fulfillment for management.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
