We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant with 0-1 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree to join our manufacturing facility in Indore. This entry-level position is ideal for an individual looking to gain practical experience in a laboratory setting within a large-scale production environment. The Lab Assistant will support our technical team in ensuring the quality and integrity of our manufactured products through various testing and analytical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior lab technicians and chemists in conducting routine tests and experiments.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is calibrated and in good working order.
- Record and document test results accurately in laboratory notebooks and computer systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Support with inventory management of lab supplies and consumables.
- Learn and adhere to quality control standards and company policies.
