We are seeking a diligent and organized Laundry Manager / Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience to oversee our laundry operations at our Bangalore facility. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills, honed through an LLM degree, to optimize efficiency, ensure quality standards, and manage resources effectively within our petrochemical and plastics division. This role requires a meticulous approach to maintaining hygiene and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing of uniforms and linens.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laundry processes to ensure consistency and quality.

Manage inventory of laundry supplies, detergents, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all laundry meets established standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Train and supervise laundry staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the laundry facility.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

Maintain laundry equipment, schedule preventive maintenance, and report any malfunctions for timely repairs.
