Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing various legal documents such as agreements, affidavits, and notices.
Conduct legal research on specific statutes, regulations, and case laws relevant to banking and finance.
Organize and maintain legal files and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support legal team members with day-to-day administrative and research tasks.
Help in preparing legal summaries and reports.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
