Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Legal Entity Management team in Gurgaon. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with 0-1 years of experience who is eager to learn and contribute to the efficient management of our bank's legal entities. You will support the team in ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various legal and administrative tasks related to our corporate structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of the legal entity database.
- Support the preparation of legal documentation and filings.
- Conduct basic legal research and gather information as required.
- Help in the coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of corporate records.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes of legal entities.
- Monitor regulatory changes and their impact on legal entity management.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the legal department's operations.
