Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate allegations of legal malpractice and professional misconduct, gathering and analyzing relevant evidence.
• Assess the severity and impact of alleged breaches of professional responsibility.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management based on investigation findings.
• Liaise with internal legal teams and external counsel as needed during investigations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all malpractice and professional responsibility matters.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to prevent malpractice and ensure professional conduct.
• Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes pertaining to professional responsibility.
