We are seeking a motivated and diligent Legal Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join our Legal department in Pune. This role is ideal for a recent LLB graduate looking to gain practical experience in various aspects of legal rights within a large manufacturing and production conglomerate. You will support the legal team in ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and assisting with legal research and case preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the drafting, review, and management of various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and notices.
Conduct legal research on diverse topics related to corporate law, intellectual property, labor law, and compliance.
Support the legal team in handling litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes.
Maintain and organize legal records, case files, and databases.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector.
Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel as required.
Assist in preparing legal opinions and advice for business units.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company's operations.
Provide administrative support to the legal department.
