Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leisure / Casino Manager to oversee and optimize leisure and entertainment operations within our Hyderabad facility. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of operational management, guest experience, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies for all leisure and entertainment facilities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
Enhance guest experience through innovative service delivery and personalized attention.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and national gaming and leisure regulations.
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control measures for leisure operations.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and promote entertainment packages and events.
Manage and mentor a team of leisure and entertainment staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Analyze operational data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
