We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Shop Incharge / Supervisor with 0-2 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for a recent Diploma graduate looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic consumer electronics and appliances environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and supervising a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the supervision of machine shop operations, including CNC machines, lathes, and other manufacturing equipment.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control procedures on the shop floor.
Provide guidance and support to machine operators, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Perform basic troubleshooting of machinery and report any issues to senior management.
Maintain accurate production records and assist in inventory management.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for machine shop efficiency and product quality.
