We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical equipment products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of testing methodologies and a keen eye for detail, coupled with a business acumen derived from a BBA/BBM background.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for electrical equipment and software components.

Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.

Document and track defects using bug tracking systems, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.

Analyze test results and prepare detailed test reports.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure testing coverage.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Leverage business understanding from BBA/BBM to analyze user scenarios and potential business impacts of defects.
