We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechatronics Engineer with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our dynamic team at our Bhubaneshwar facility. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems and machinery within the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves bridging the gap between mechanical, electrical, and software engineering to optimize production processes and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and integrate mechatronic systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, including automation controls, robotics, and sensor technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Production) to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to mechatronic systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) programs for automation.
- Conduct performance testing, validation, and documentation of mechatronic systems.
- Utilize MCA skills to analyze system data, optimize algorithms, and develop custom software solutions for control and monitoring.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechatronics, automation, and pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies.
