Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret medical records, physician notes, and other documentation to assign appropriate medical codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, billing laws, and ethical guidelines, leveraging your LLB knowledge.
• Generate and submit medical claims to insurance companies and government payers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify patient insurance information and eligibility for services.
• Follow up on outstanding claims, address claim denials, and initiate appeals when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient billing and coding records in the company's systems.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to resolve billing and coding issues.
